San Francisco/Santa Clara – Luke Bryan is one of the most well known country artist in the world. Currently he is on his infamous “Kick the Dust Up” tour which is traveling all over the United States selling out large amphitheaters and super dome stadiums. Other well known artists that shared the same stage with Luke Bryan were, Florida Georgia Line, Randy Houser, Thomas Rhett, and Dustin Lynch.
Last month, Stage CMDR’s rental department received a call from his touring staff to supply their “Commander Blocks” to the upcoming show at Levi Stadium in Santa Clara, California. The “Commander Blocks” are designed and made by Stage CMDR’s manufacture subsidiary, Stage CMDR Manufacture Inc. These concrete blocks come in various sizes that weigh approximately 2500 pounds and 3600 pounds.
Luke Bryan’s massive stage set at Levis stadium needed a combined total weight of 130,000 pounds of actual dead weight to hold the foundation of the stage set up in place. It took 4 semi truck loads of “Commander Blocks” to facilitate the rental list.
Stage CMDR was proud to be called for such a requested not only because much of the staff are HUGE country enthusiasts and Luke Bryan fans but also because a colleague told his staff initially, “Here, call Stage Commander, they have what you need and are the only company north of LA that has blocks like these and they are extremely reliable.”
